Stagg Property Services Ltd is founded

Established 2001 Neil Stagg formed his New Build Plumbing and Heating company based in Mill Lane, Old Welwyn.

January 2016

New member of the team Senior Surveyor joins the team

Malcolm Mitchell surveyor joins the team with 20 years experience.

January 2016

November 2016

Head office move

Business is booming, Stagg move to larger premises, Swallowfields Welwyn Garden City.

November 2018

1st large contract Xerox Welwyn Garden City

Installation of plumbing and heating to previously occupied office space and now refurbished apartments together with 5 new build apartment blocks, 579 plots.

November 2018

1st luxury home project

We won our 1st contract of plumbing and heating installation of luxury homes with Octagon. Adding to our knowledge and experience with more intricate work.
